Neighbourhoods Officer or use the Online Report Forms below. We can
only take action on the information you provide, so please be as
detailed as possible.
Make sure you have the following information available when
reporting a problem.
Street/Road name;
Exact location (be as specific as possible);
Nature of incident (what has occurred);
Persons/Vehicles involved
Description of person(s) involved in the incident;
Make and Model of vehicle;
Colour of vehicle;
Vehicle registration;
Any other recognisable features (sign writing on the
side);
If reporting an incident of dog fouling
Description of the dog involved;
Other information;
If reporting an incident of abandoning of a
vehicle
Description of the abandoned vehicle (its current
condition);
Make and Model of vehicle;
Colour of vehicle;
Vehicle registration;
