Household Waste Collection

Purbeck District Council provides a service for the collection of domestic household waste contained in a 240 litre wheeled bin (provided by the Council) on a fortnightly basis. Recycling is collected on the alternate week using a 55 litre kerbside box.

There are two bulky household waste sites in Purbeck: Westminster Road, WAREHAM and Panorama Road, SWANAGE.

9am - 5pm from 1st November - 31st March

9am - 6pm from 1st April - 31st October

PLEASE NOTE THE HOUSEHOLD RECYCLING SITES ARE CLOSED ON CHRISTMAS DAY, BOXING DAY AND NEW YEARS DAY
