Special Collections for Bulky
Household Items
If you have an item that may be suitable for reuse, try a
furniture reuse centre before arranging for it to go to
landfill.
They accept furniture, electrical appliances, small household
items, soft furnishings and textiles. They will collect your items
for free. These items are usually then sold onto people on low
incomes. Please make sure that any items are clean and in good
condition.
