Housing Needs Survey
In January 2006 the Council commissioned David
Couttie Associates (DCA) to update the Housing Needs
Survey previously carried out between September 2002 and
January 2003.
As before the study considers housing
requirements in terms of the provision of market housing and
affordable housing.
