Low Cost Home Ownership

If you want to get your foot on the housing ladder but can't afford to buy a home of your own,  Housing Association’s working in Purbeck may be able to help.  In order to be considered, you need to have joined our housing register and indicated on your form your interest in such schemes, and registered South West Homes.

Please note that in order to be considered for most Low Cost Home Ownership opportunities in the District, you need to currently live or work in Purbeck.

South West Homes

South West Homes is a service provided by Westcountry Housing and Sovereign Housing Group.  They have been awarded 'HomeBuy Agent' status by the Government to help people access low cost home ownership schemes for the South West.

As HomeBuy Agents they will act as your first point of contact for information, advice and access to affordable home ownership.
