Houses in Multiple Occupation: Consultation
The Council is currently consulting landlords and stakeholders
on its guidance used when houses in multiple occupation are
inspected by the Council. These types of properties are commonly
larger houses which have been converted into flats or shared houses
where the occupiers do not live as a family (such as student
accommodation).

The consultation period ends on the 1st March 2010. If you would
