Issues and Options Leaflet (February 2006)

In February 2006, we sought to take the debate forward through the dissemination of an ‘Issues and Options leaflet’.  A copy of the leaflet is given below..  It was prepared as a basis for discussion and endeavours to take forward some of the issues and options raised at the Purbeck Futures Conference, held last September, and the priority themes set out in the Purbeck Community Plan and other strategies. 

The leaflet was accompanied by a questionnaire which posed questions on the appropriateness of the spatial vision, the options for the broad locations of new development, the type and mix of housing needed, and the options for employment.  The questionnaire also sought to identify whether any other important issues or options had not been identified in the leaflet. A copy of all the comments received is available can be viewed using the links below.
