Interim Affordable Housing Sensitivity Testing

One of the key issues facing Purbeck is the need for increased
affordable housing provision to meet local needs. The purpose of
this background paper is to test the application of the current
affordable housing policy. A number of tests provide an indication
of how the level of affordable housing secured could vary if the
site size / number of dwelling thresholds and proportion of
affordable housing negotiated were altered.
