Discover a secret world at Upton Wood
An afternoon of nature fun for children takes place at
Upton Wood, Poole, on Friday 29 May from 2pm until
4pm.
Louise Robinson, Education and Volunteer
Officer at the Purbeck Keystone Project, said: “Children will
be inspired and enthralled by an afternoon of nature
activities. Come and discover the hidden magic of the Wood as
you adventure along its twisting trails.
“There will be loads of activities for the
children, including listening to nature stories, discovering
musical trees, making woodland creatures and creating forest
crowns.”
The event is free and is open to children from
ages 5 to 9 years, who must be accompanied by an adult.
Please meet at the Pony Drive entrance to Upton Wood, on Poole
Road. Places are limited, so please book in advance.
