Register of Planning Appeals

If a planning application is refused or not determined by the Council within eight weeks there is a right of appeal to the Planning Inspectorate (external link) 

The Development Control section is responsible for most of the administrative arrangements for such appeals.  You can view the appeals register using the link below.
