The Centre has a new and improved gym, offering the latest
state-of-the-art cardiovascular, strength and flexibility
equipment. The much-improved facilities offer the user an
attractive, modern, fresh and welcoming environment in which
to improve their health and fitness.
The gym equipment is top-of-the-range Technogym,
featuring 35 excersise units, including:
- 18 cardio-vascular stations
- 11 strength stations
- Flexibility equipment
