The Dorset For You website provides information on Dorset's local authorities. It features a Geology in the Landscape section which is an overview of the Geology in Dorset and takes a closer look at our local environment.
 
Purbeck's unique geology has created stunning scenery both along its World Heritage Site Coastline and in the atmospheric countryside inland. Whether you want to walk, cycle or just plain relax, Purbeck has it all.
 
The Purbeck Marine and Wildlife Reserve is in Kimmeridge Bay in Dorset. It's the UK's longest established Voluntary Marine Nature Reserve (VMNR). It gives Geology and Fossil information of Kimmeridge and Worbarrow Bay.
