Please note that we are aware that account
details are not displaying the current balance and instalment
amounts and we are working to correct this. You are however still
able to pay via this facility. We apologise for any inconvenience

Alternatively you can pay using the
Council's 24 hour automated telephone payment service on 01929

If you have difficulty using the online
system, please call 01929 557245
- You will need to have your bill reference number to hand. Your
reference number can be found at the top of your bill or the
payment voucher.
Online payments are now processed using the Council´s own
internet payment facility. The Council will be discontinuing using
the Alliance and Leicester Billpay service.
