The Wareham Two Rivers Walks

image: Wareham Two Rivers Walks leaflet front coverPurbeck’s wetlands are fascinating, yet relatively undiscovered. They support over 40,000 birds in the winter as well as water voles, otters, salmon and trout. There are various walks between the Rivers Frome and Piddle and all are short in length (longest walk just over 3 miles).

For a small charge a leaflet is available from the Purbeck Information and Heritage Centre, South Street, Wareham which shows how you can gain access to these areas and what to look out for, alternatively you can download the leaflet for free (see below).
