  • Brownsea Island Ferries operate from Sandbanks and Poole Quay. Tel: 01929 462383.
  • Condor Ferries operate High Speed services from the Channel Islands and St Malo to Poole.
  • Dolphin III, free boat trips for people with disabilities from Poole Quay around the Harbour, to Wareham and for fishing trips. Tel: 01929 550006
  • The Dorset Belles, operate services from Swanage Pier to Bournemouth Pier, Brownsea Island, Poole Quay and the Isle of Wight plus scenic cruises along the Jurassic Coast and around Poole Harbour. For full details Tel: 01202 558550
  • Greenslade Pleasure Boats, operate between Poole Quay and Wareham offering a day cruise with 1 hour ashore in Wareham. Tel: 01202 631828.
  • Fairmile Classic Cruises, operates from Swanage Pier to the Isle of Wight and scenic cruises on the 'Western Lady III'. Tel: 07807 249649.
  • Sandbanks Ferry operates the "Bramble Bush Bay" chain ferry that crosses the entrance to Poole Harbour between Sandbanks, Poole and Shell Bay, Studland. It is the shortest route connecting Poole with Purbeck.
